# Kova

> Kova measures portfolios against the investor's declared strategy across agents and sessions.

The investor owns the strategy and authorizes changes. Kova persists the strategy,
measures alignment, and explains conflicts. Kova does not place trades or manage assets.

API operations require an active subscription. Requests also require a Bearer
token, except the CLI authentication-code exchange. The documentation above is public.
