Set up your broker to send daily portfolio reports to KOVA automatically.

IBKR sends statements to your registered email. You'll configure daily reports, then set up email forwarding to KOVA.

Part A: Configure IBKR Daily Reports

Create a Custom Statement

  • Log in to Client Portal
  • Go to Performance & Reports → Statements
  • Select the account you want to track
  • Under Custom Statements, click the + button

Configure the Statement

  • Name it (e.g., "kova")
  • Statement Type: Realized Summary
  • Format: PDF
  • Period: Daily
  • Click Continue, then Create

Enable Email Delivery

  • Go back to Performance & Reports → Statements
  • Click the Statements Delivery gear icon (right sidebar)
  • Under Daily Custom Statements Delivery, click the gear icon
  • Delivery Method: Email
  • Encryption: No
  • Check the box next to your custom statement
  • Click Continue

Part B: Forward to KOVA

Wait for the First Email

Wait for IBKR to send your first daily report to your inbox.

Create a Forwarding Filter

When you receive the email, use your email provider's "filter messages like this" feature to automatically forward future emails to your KOVA address.

Confirm Forwarding

Some providers (like Gmail) send a verification email to confirm forwarding. Check your KOVA inbox for the verification link.
